Making a Booking request
- Check availability by using the Check Availability form and enter your desired dates. Your booking will be provisionally confirmed for 7 days pending payment of a 30% deposit.
- You will receive an email and invoice for the deposit amount with bank transfer details.
- Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive further invoice requesting payment of the balance due. This will complete your booking with Banyan Villas.
- For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, we will request full payment to confirm your booking.
