With accommodation for up to 6 guests, Banyan Villa 3 is a modern two floor villa with private pool, equipped to European standards. The villa is located within a secluded walled tropical garden, only 30 seconds walk down the Coconut Paradise drive and garden path to the soft sands of Bang Por Beach.

Villa 3 is situated on a 650 sqm plot and provides spacious accommodation with a generous parking area. On the ground floor the villa opens out onto a pool deck with a private pool set within the tropical walled garden. Access to the beach, the Paradise shared pool and gardens with views across to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan is just a minutes-walk away down the Paradise drive and garden paths.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Villa 3 is accessed off the main Paradise drive with gated entry to the parking area which provides parking for up to two vehicles. Steps and ramp access are provided to the entrance porch from the parking area.

Entry to the villa is through the entrance porch that then leads into the open plan and airconditioned kitchen and dining area which opens out onto the pool deck through sliding doors. The fully equipped European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate gas stove, microwave and 2 fridge-freezers.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table and chairs which will easily accommodate 6 and a sofa set and coffee table. To the rear of the dining area there is a powder room and access to a large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

On the opposite side of the swimming pool, is a separate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with large sliding doors opening out onto the pool deck and an adjacent sitting area.

First Floor Accommodation

Off the dining area is a staircase that leads to the first floor spacious airconditioned lounge area, with double sliding doors to a balcony overlooking Coconut Paradise, furnished with a table and chairs. From the balcony a further spiral staircase leads to a third-floor viewing deck.

Entertainment facilities include a smart television with an IPTV box with many TV channels including sports, news and over 2,000 movies on demand. TV programmes are available in a number of languages.

To the rear of the lounge area is a further powder room and access to a second large en-suite bedroom equipped with a king size bed.

Second Floor Viewing Deck

The covered second floor viewing deck is equipped with occasional chairs and table, offering uninterrupted views across Coconut Paradise and out to the sea to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan.

Surroundings

Along the beach within 5 minutes’ walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just outside the main entrance is the Terrace, a traditional Thai restaurant. Within 1km there are convenience stores, more restaurants, bars and massage shops.
