Banyan Villas are located on the tropical island of Koh Samui, in southern Thailand.

Banyan Pool Villa 2 is a spacious pool villa that sits in its own private walled garden and can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. Extra beds and/or cots for children can be provided upon request.

Designed in the Balinese style Villas 1 and 2 are practically mirror images of each other, in terms of size and general living accommodation. When required, for larger parties, Villas 1 and 2 can be used together by opening an adjoining garden gate,

Rather unusually eating and sleeping areas are situated on the ground floor of each villa, with living space and balconies on the upper level where cooling breezes can more easily blow through.

The villa is furnished elegantly throughout, combining elements of Western and Asian style, providing comfort and practicality. Banyan Villa 2 is also just a 30 second stroll from both Bang Por Beach, and the shared swimming pool and deck on the beach front.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Kitchen, Dining & Pool Deck

The pool villa has the European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. A second fridge/freezer is located in the dining room to keep your drinks chilled. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided, and the adjacent dining room features Chinese style teakwood furniture. Eight adults can eat in comfort while enjoying the view through patio doors that open out onto the pool deck and 10 metre private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The pool deck surrounds the pool and jacuzzi on two sides and has sun-loungers and patio furniture.

3 Bedrooms

A hallway with powder room leads from the dining area towards the master bedroom which has its own patio doors also looking out across the swimming pool. Furniture in this room is made from bamboo, and the king-size double bed is positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite with double sink, bathtub, shower, and dressing area.

The second (king-size bed) and third (twin beds) bedrooms are similarly furnished in bamboo with the beds positioned on raised plinths, and each have their own en-suite shower room.

All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and come equipped with both air-conditioners and ceiling fans. An additional children's bed and/or cots are available on request.

First Floor Accommodation

Lounge, Balcony & Sala

A wide staircase leads from the downstairs dining room to the spacious lounge area on the upper level of each villa. Furnished in a mixture of bamboo and Chinese style teakwood furniture, the lounge is also where you will find the bar, with a full stock of glasses and a bar fridge. Entertainment facilities include a smart television with an IPTV box with many TV channels including sports, news and over 2,000 movies on demand. TV programmes are available in a number of languages.

Patio doors open onto the balcony that looks down onto the pool area below and leads along to the Sala, a great place to enjoy the views while taking a sun-downer in the gentle evening breeze.

Surroundings

Along the beach within 5 minutes’ walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just outside the main entrance is the Terrace, a traditional Thai restaurant.
