Banyan Villas - Koh Samui – Thailand

Banyan Villas & Banyan Managed Villas
Banyan Villas is the owner of Banyan Pool Villas 1, 2, 3, & 4. In addition to these wholly owned villas Banyan Villas (Thailand) Co., Ltd. also manages villas on behalf of other owners; most of our managed villas are on the Coconut Paradise development; the exception being Coconut Tropicana T5 which is 1km from Coconut Paradise on a similar development.
Villa Appointments
We do try to make facilities similar across all our villas although there are certain differences driven by the size and construction of each villa and between our wholly owned villas and the villas we manage. The matrix below details the appointments/equipment included within each villa. There may be minor variations in equipment levels from time to time.
Banyan Villas Front Desk
We have an office in Coconut Paradise where we can help you with enquiries. For ease of communication, we use WhatsApp to communicate with guests. Subject to local availability, we offer a number of services to our guests, a few of these are listed below:
Airport/Port Transfers
On request, we can arrange arrival or departure transfers to/from either the airport or ferry ports. There is a nominal charge of THB 600.00 per transfer for up to eight guests, payable directly to the driver.
Car Rental & Private Hire
We can arrange car or motorbike rental at daily or longer-term rates, inclusive of insurance. We can also arrange for hire of a car or mini bus with driver if you prefer not to drive yourself.
Grocery Pre-ordering
At a nominal service charge let us stock up your villa with provisions prior to your arrival, ask us for our grocery list when you make your reservation.
Thai Cook
For those days you would prefer to dine in the villa but do not want to cater for yourself, we can offer a Thai cook, who will shop for provisions and cook in your villa the menu of your choice. Availability may be limited in high seasons.
Massage
Thailand is famous for its massage services; we can either recommend a local spa or arrange for their staff to visit you in your Villa.
Boat Charter
From Samui there are a number of destinations that can be reached by boat for snorkeling, fishing or just to explore. We can arrange a dependable operator for you.
Excursions
Please ask for details at the front desk, we can advise/help you book a variety of different excursions, from Elephant conservation to Temple visits.
