Making a Booking request
- Click on the villa picture above, to select the villa you want to rent.
- Enter the dates you require on the check availability tab and click "Search".
- All the villas available on those dates will be displayed. If you wish to reserve, click "Book Now" against the required villa and complete the booking form.
- Your booking will be provisionally reserved for 7 days pending payment of a 30% deposit.
- You will receive an email and invoice for the deposit amount with bank transfer details. Once the deposit is paid your booking will be confirmed.
- Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive further invoice requesting payment of the balance due. This will complete your booking with Banyan Villas.
- For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, we will request payment in full to confirm your booking.
