Banyan Villas are located on the tropical island of Koh Samui, in southern Thailand.

Banyan Pool Villa 1 is a gorgeous pool villa that sits in its own private walled garden and can accommodate up to 8 people in four bedrooms. Extra beds and/or cots for children can be provided upon request. 

Built in the Balinese style Villas 1 and 2 were designed to be almost mirror twins of each other, sharing in both size and general living accommodation. When required and by opening the garden gate, Villas 1 and 2 can be used together for larger parties. 

Rather unusually eating and sleeping areas are situated on the ground floor of each villa, with daytime living spaces and balconies on the upper level where cooling breezes can more easily blow through. 

This beautiful 4-bedroom, pool villa is elegantly furnished, combining elements of Western and Asian style, providing high levels of comfort and practicality. Banyan Villa 1 is also just a hop skip and jump away from Bang Por Beach, Koh Samui.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Kitchen and Dining

The European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and two fridge/freezers, the second to keep your beer cold!. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided and the adjacent dining room features Chinese style teakwood furniture. Eight adults can eat in comfort while enjoying the view through patio doors that open onto the pool area.

4 Bedrooms

A hallway with powder room leads from the dining area towards the master bedroom which has its own patio doors also looking out across the swimming pool. Furniture in this room is made from bamboo and the king-size double bed is positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite with double sink, bath tub, shower and dressing area. 

The second (king-size bed) and third (twin beds) bedrooms are similarly furnished in bamboo with the beds positioned on raised plinths, and each has an en-suite shower room. 

Leading from the entrance hall is a compact twin-bedded fourth bedroom, ideal for children and with its’ own en-suite equipped with a small en-suite bathroom being ideal for children but will accommodate adults too. 

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and come equipped with air-conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout the villa.

First Floor Accommodation

Lounge, Balcony & Sala

A wide staircase leads from the downstairs dining room to the spacious lounge area on the upper level of each villa. Furnished in a mixture of bamboo and Chinese style teakwood furniture, the lounge is also where you will find the bar, with a full stock of glasses and a bar fridge. Entertainment facilities include a smart television, DVD player and internet TV channels with numerous sports channels, news and over 1,000 movies on demand. Live TV is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Thai.

Patio doors open onto the balcony that looks down onto the pool area below and leads along to the Sala, a great place to enjoy the views while taking a sun-downer in the gentle evening breeze
