Banyan Pool Villa 4 a single-story villa takes its’ design cues from Villas 1 and 2, Villa 4 sits in its own walled garden with a private 11 metre swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Banyan Pool Villa 4 is designed to provide spacious accommodation for up to eight people in four en-suite bedrooms. An extra bed or cot for children is available on request. The villa is tastefully furnished combining elements of both Western and Asian styles and providing high levels of comfort and practicality. Banyan Pool Villa 4 is located within tropical gardens and no more than 30 seconds walk to the sands Bang Por beach, where you will also find bars and restaurants close by.

Banyan Pool Villa 4 can be accessed through a pedestrian gate with an entrance ramp to give ease of access for young and old alike. The villa whilst more modern, was designed to be in sympathy with Villas 1 and 2 with its private pool as the centre piece. The villa’s garden is generous and to one side there is under cover parking for two cars, and a separate laundry room is located behind the parking area.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Living and Dining

The Villa is entered through a porch off the pool deck which leads into the 60 square metre living area. The living area can be opened out onto the pool deck by opening a 7-metre set of folding doors making the living room and pool deck one huge living space. On the pool deck there are sunbeds and casual tables and seating around the pool.

The living room is furnished in a mixture of teak and English oak. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a solid oak dining table that will seat eight in comfort.

To relax, at the other end of the living room there are sofas and to entertain you we provide smart television and IPTV box programming. The IPTV box provides numerous sports, news and entertainment channels and in a number of languages. On demand programming is also available including a library of over 2,000 movies.

At the far end of the living area is a guest powder room with sink and WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan and fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and two fridge/freezers. A full complement of crockery and cutlery is also provided. There is a counter separating the kitchen from the adjacent dining and living area that doubles up as a casual bar.

4 Bedrooms

A hallway leads to the bedroom wing. The master bedroom is furnished in a contemporary Thai style with a teak king-size bed and furnishings. Through double doors at the rear of the master bedroom is the generous en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and dressing area with copious amounts of wardrobe space. Large sliding patio doors lead from the master bedroom directly onto the pool deck for that early morning dip!

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all provide 14 sqm of floor space, have large, fitted wardrobes and modern en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king-size bed, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with both air-conditioners and ceiling fans.

An additional children's bed and/or cots are available on request.

Surroundings

Along the beach within 5 minutes’ walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just outside the main entrance is the Terrace, a traditional Thai restaurant. Within 1km there are convenience stores, more restaurants, bars and massage shops.
