Coconut Paradise Villa P2 is a traditional Thai villa built from local hard wood. The villa is situated directly in front of the main 20m swimming pool. From both its' lower terrace and upper balcony P2 has delightful views across the swimming pool out to the sea and, in the distance, to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. Flanking the villa at either side is a garden path that leads to the sandy Bang Por beach in a 20 second stroll away.

Ground Floor Accommodation

The villa itself is built with great character in a traditional Thai style fitted out with local timber and accommodating up to eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms.

Through the main entrance from the central veranda, you walk into an airconditioned open plan living area finished in teak with comfortable lounge seating, next to a dining area that can comfortably seat up to eight guests.

Entertainment facilities include a smart television with an IPTV box with many TV channels including sports, news and over 2,000 movies on demand. TV programmes are available in several different languages.

The airconditioned living area opens out onto the large hard wood terrace equipped with ceiling fans, an alfresco dining table and sun-loungers where you can enjoy the view across the pool to the beach and beyond. The terrace is gated and can be secured to keep younger guests safe from accessing the pool area in front of the villa.

The kitchen is open plan and fitted out with modern cooking appliances including a 4-burner hob, microwave, coffee maker and two fridge/freezers. The kitchen is equipped with a full complement of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a counter facing into the living area that doubles up as a casual bar.

On the ground floor and located off the entrance hall there is the large 'number 2 bedroom' with a king-sized bed that opens onto the veranda. This bedroom is quite spacious and will easily accommodate an extra bed. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which doubles up as a downstairs powder room.

First Floor Accommodation

Situated on the first floor the spacious master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, it has its own sitting area which will easily accommodate an extra bed. The master bedroom has double doors which open out onto the upper balcony and sun terrace with stunning sea views across to Koh Phangan and even as far as Koh Tao on a clear day. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom and dressing area with copious wardrobe space.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located at the rear of the villa and have their own small balcony overlooking the forested hills behind. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds and wardrobe space. These two rooms share a third 'family' bathroom.

An additional children's bed and/or cots are available on request.

Surroundings

Along the beach within 5 minutes' walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just outside the main entrance is the Terrace, a traditional Thai restaurant. Within 1km there are convenience stores, more restaurants, bars and massage shops.
