Coconut Paradise Villa P1 is a 5-bedroom well equipped traditional Thai style villa, situated directly on the beach front with stunning sea views, just a few paces down the garden steps to the soft sands of Bang Por Beach.

Set in tropical gardens, Villa P1 provides spacious accommodation for up to ten guests. The villa is located adjacent to the main swimming pool and enjoys views across to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan.

The Villa was built as a traditional Thai teak wood villa and is tastefully furnished in keeping with the traditional Thai style featuring carved wooden columns internally. Facing the shore directly in front of the living area there is a terrace and Sala and a further large balcony on the upper floor with spectacular sea views.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Villa P1 is accessed via a garden path from the central parking area. The villa entrance takes you into the open plan downstairs living area which in turn leads on to the terrace through four sets of double doors. All rooms and the downstairs balcony are equipped with ceiling fans and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The kitchen is to the rear of the living area and is separated by a bar counter, it is well equipped with modern cooking appliances including hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster and cooking utensils. A full complement of crockery, glassware and cutlery is also provided.

The dining area features a traditional teak dining table that accommodates eight in comfort and has views out to sea. If al-fresco dining is preferred patio dining can be enjoyed on the terrace on a further dining table. On the terrace you will also find a rattan style sofa set with soft cushions to relax on.

The living area has two large sofas, a coffee table and sports a large flat screen TV, with IPTV programming offering multi-lingual channels and over two thousand movies.

Downstairs and to the rear of the villa there is a bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed and next to this is a bunk bedroom which also has a working area and safe. The two rooms share the downstairs bathroom.

First Floor Accommodation

Stairs lead from the entrance to the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the front of the villa. It has a king-sized bed, its' own sitting area and double doors out to the upstairs balcony with stunning sea views. The master bedroom has its' own dressing room with ample wardrobe space which leads through to the en-suite bathroom.

The Queen-sized bedrooms 3 and 4 are located at the rear of the villa they share a second upstairs bathroom with a bathtub and shower over.

An additional children's bed and/or cots are available on request.

Surroundings

Along the beach within 5 minutes' walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just outside the main entrance is the Terrace, a traditional Thai restaurant. Within 1km there are convenience stores, more restaurants, bars and massage shops.
