Villa: Coconut Tropicana Villa T5 – accommodates 4 + 2

Coconut Tropicana Villa T5 Villa is a traditional Thai-style holiday home of timber construction and will accommodate up to six guests. It is located on the third row of villas from the beach front. There are partial sea views from the ground floor terrace and upper first floor balcony.

There are only 6 holiday villas in the spacious grounds of the Coconut Tropicana all built in a similar style. The villas surround the large central swimming pool which has a small, separated pool for children, a whirlpool massage and sun-loungers to relax upon. The villa is situated behind the central pool and just seconds away from a quiet secluded beach with views of Koh Phangan & the National Marine Park.

Ground Floor Accommodation

The villa is open plan with a large living area with casual sofas and internet TV. Two sets of double doors open out onto the ground floor shaded terrace, cooled by ceiling fans and where you will find a large dining table and sun loungers. The terrace overlooks the pool and colourful tropical gardens, behind which, through the trees, are the soft sands of Bang Por beach.

To the rear of the living area and behind a bar counter is an open plan kitchen equipped with hotplates, microwave oven, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Alongside the kitchen is a storeroom for luggage.

Behind the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the downstairs bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and connects to an en-suite bathroom.

First Floor Accommodation

Further along the corridor are stairs to the first floor which brings you directly into a 'mezzanine bedroom' with twin beds and copious wardrobe space. The mezzanine bedroom shares either the master bathroom or ground floor bathroom.

At the far end of the mezzanine bedroom a door leads through to the master bedroom which has a King-sized bed and large en-suite bathroom. Double doors open out onto the upstairs balcony where you can laze and relax enjoying the views toward the sea across the lush tropical gardens.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Surroundings

The shared swimming pool is only 10 metres away and thereafter is the beach where there are views across to the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan and Angthong Marine Park. On a clear day you can even sea the island of Koh Tao in the distance and at night over the marine park you can see some spectacular sun sets.

Along the beach within 5 minutes' walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Alternatively, just across the main road you can order a takeaway delivered to the villa.

Coconut Tropicana Villa T5 is managed by Banyan Villas who are located at Coconut Paradise about 1km along the beach to the east of Coconut Tropicana. On request, we can organise your transfer from the airport and our Guest Services manager will meet you at your villa on arrival.
