The Villa

The villa is ideal for up to eight guests, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, large upstairs balcony off the master bedroom and an extensive 50 sqm shaded terrace, ideal for dining and relaxing. Hidden amongst luscious tropical gardens, Coconut Tropicana Villa T3 Villa is right next to a fabulous pool with modern loungers and just 20 steps from a quiet secluded beach with views of Koh Phangan & the National Marine Park.

Accommodation in detail

On the ground floor the large open plan living area furnished with a large corner sofa occasional tables and a flat screen cable TV. Two sets of double doors open out onto the large shaded terrace providing a comfortable outdoor area to relax cooled by ceiling fans with sun beds and an alfresco dining table and chairs for up to 8 guests. To the rear of the living area is a luxury open plan kitchen fitted out with cooking appliances including separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided. There is a modern breakfast bar and stools for casual dining.

Behind the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the downstairs bedroom. The bedroom has a King-sized bed and connects to an en-suite bathroom. Along the corridor are stairs to the first-floor where you will find two further King-sized bedrooms which share a family bathroom. At the front of the villa you reach the spacious master bedroom also equipped with a King-sized bed and large en-suite bathroom. Double doors open out onto the upstairs balcony where you can laze and relax enjoying the views toward the sea across the lush tropical gardens and pool. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

There are only 6 holiday villas in the spacious grounds of the Coconut Tropicana all built in a similar style. The villas surround the large central swimming pool which has a small separated pool for children, a whirlpool massage and sun-loungers to relax upon.

At night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table. Along the beach within 5 minutes’ walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some with international menus. Alternatively, just across the main road you can order a takeaway delivered to the villa.

Coconut Tropicana Villa T3 is managed by Banyan Villas who are located at Coconut Paradise about 1km along the beach to the east of Coconut Tropicana. On request, we can organise your transfer from the airport and our Guest Services manager will meet you at your villa on arrival.

The owners, Joan and David Smart, had Coconut Tropicana Villa T3 Villa constructed for them in 1998 whilst they were living in Singapore & they have tried to maintain it to the highest quality since then. Since they moved back to England, they go back every year for at least a month to visit their little paradise!
