The Apartment

RL 21 is a well appointed two-bedroom holiday apartment located within on the beach side of the island ring road, on the North coast of Samui and approximately 7kms West of Maenam and 7kms east on Nathon, the island capital.

Accommodation in detail

RL21 is an airy first floor apartment located approximately 50 metres from the Royal Living main entrance and about 70 metres from the main pool, gardens and sandy beach.

Access to the villa is via an outside staircase from the ground floor. The door to the apartment opens out onto a covered veranda with views over the gardens. Double sliding glass doors lead into an open plan living room tastefully furnished in a modern style and equipped with a large sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD and mini stereo.

Behind the dining table is a modern well-appointed kitchen area with refrigerator, freezer, hob, toaster, microwave and a full complement of cooking utensils.

There are two large bedrooms of similar size that lead off the living area, both have King sized beds, ample wardrobe space and their own en-suite bathrooms, one of which features a Jacuzzi bath-tub. A cot is available for young visitors. Both bedrooms have air-conditioners.

There is a garden path that leads through the lush, well maintained tropical gardens down to the crystal waters of the central pool with its’ refreshing waterfall. Just a short walk past the pool leads you onto the soft sands of Bang Por beach with views across to the next island of Koh Phangan. On a clear day you can often see Koh Tao in the distance and enjoy some spectacular sunsets over the near-by marine park.

Along the beach within 5 minutes’ walk in either direction you will find restaurants serving traditional Thai cuisine and some also with international menus. Along the main road and within easy walking distance there is a Family Mart convenience store and French bakery. Opposite the Royal Living entrance, you can relax for a massage at the Natural Wing Spa.

is managed by Banyan Villas who are located at Coconut Paradise about 1km along the beach to the east of Royal Living. On request, we can organise your transfer from the airport and our Guest Services manager will meet you at your apartment on arrival.

Our Guest Services Manager will be happy to assist with help you organise taxis, car hire, arrange for personal laundry, even organise a private chef and provide trip recommendations to see the sights around Koh Samui and the neighbouring islands.
