The Villa

The villa accommodates up to 7 people with four bedrooms, two bathrooms one with large spacious bath plus a separate toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is an open plan living room and kitchen which opens out onto a spacious shady dining terrace which also features a private cold water jacuzzi pool on the lower terrace. T4 is next to the large com-munal pool shared with 5 other villas with modern loungers and just steps from a quiet secluded beach with views of Koh Phangan and the National Park. Glorious sunsets can be seen from the beach.

Accommodation in detail

The ground floor is very light and airy with floor to ceiling glass throughout. There is a large open plan living area furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and occasional tables. With a dining table in the centre. There are numerous patio doors leading to the terrace and jacuzzi area. The terrace has a full-size dining table and chairs, plus a very private cold water jacuzzi which would accommodate 6 people. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor plus a shower room with double showers, sink and toilet. At the rear of the living room is the kitchen with cooking appliances including cof-fee maker and large fridge freezer. There is a modern breakfast bar with stools.

Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king size bed and doors leading on to the upper balcony with views to the beach and sea beyond. There is a large bathroom with shower, separate bath, double sinks and toilet. There is also a separate room with toilet and sink.

Opposite the main bathroom is a double room with wardrobes and a single room.

The villa is well situated for restaurants which are a short walk along the beach.
